The card was a gift I bought online — it wasn’t for me. I ordered it believing it was an actual card that would be mailed to me. When I didn’t receive it in a reasonable amount of time, I called the flagship store in Austin. A young man was so helpful and resent the e-card to me. I then forwarded it to my daughter . Excellent customer service.

I came in store and they mentioned they don’t have physical giftcards, at first I was bummed but an email GC is so much better. You can screenshot or forward the GC email which was easy. I prefer this method— I hope other stores catch on. My wife and girls love the clothing. Customer service in store is even better. 10/10!
