Absolutely love this sports bra. Great coverage in front but then the open back! I am usually a size large in sports bras across the board for all brands. I ordered two mediums and one large. They both fit but I prefer the medium for a more fitted fit. The large isn’t too loose and I will still wear it but I do prefer the medium. I am a 34 d for reference. Size medium in shirts, 5’9’’.

Yasssss! Was pleasantly surprised with the support no lie. I bought a large at first because thats my usual size. Well sometimes I am a medium too… just depends. I was thinking if I buy bigger they will actually fit my boobs lol. But I actually ended up exchanging for a SMALL and then bought a medium.. A SMALL I EXCHANGED FOR! I can fit the medium too but I do think I prefer the small. But also FreeSpirit is a brand where I can wear like 2 sizes in most of their Stuff! The small kept the girls even more in place. I would say medium support.
