OFFICIAL RETURN POLICY

OUR POLICY IS INTENDED TO BE VERY LENIENT. TIME IS REALLY THE ONLY FACTOR!

With us donating a great portion of profits we must be notified of a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product(s) 

We will NOT be refunding/exchanging product(s) if:
-Has bad odor (cologne, perfume, smoke etc...)
-Clearly worn multiple times
-Blemishes to the product(s) (deodorant stains, stains in general)
-Has human/animal hair on product(s)
 If denied, your product(s) will be sent back to you along with an email exclaiming why. We do reserve the right to deny any refunds at anytime.

If approved, the refund will be sent back to the original credit/debit card and/or gift card within 5 business days of Free Spirit receiving the product(s). An email will be sent to you letting you know details.

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color (etc...) you will be required to pay for shipping back and we will pay shipping for your new product!
We want all of our customers to get the perfect fit so don't let that pair of Balance Leggings that "sort of" fits you sit in the closet because you'll never wear it!
