RETURN POLICY/EXCHANGE

With us donating a portion of profits we must be notified of a return/exchange within 30 days of the purchase of the product(s). 

We will not be refunding/exchanging product(s) if:
-Has bad odor (cologne, perfume, smoke, etc...)
-Washed or clearly worn
-Blemishes to the product(s) (deodorant stains, stains in general)
-Has human/animal hair on the product(s)
-Damaged items, unless they came like that.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Items discounted at more than 20%

ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION
 If denied, your product(s) will be sent back to you along with an email explaining why. We do reserve the right to deny any refunds at any time.

If approved, the refund will be sent back to the original credit/debit card and/or gift card within 3-10 business days of Free Spirit receiving the product(s). An email will be sent to you letting you know the details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product(s) unless we provide you with a prepaid label. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Please make sure to include a note of what product(s) you are trying to exchange or if you would like to return them AND your order number.
