We must be notified of a return/exchange within 30 days of the purchase of the product(s). 

We will not be refunding/exchanging product(s) if:
-Has bad odor (cologne, perfume, smoke, etc...)
-Washed or clearly worn
-Blemishes to the product(s) (deodorant stains, stains in general)
-Has human/animal hair on the product(s)
-Damaged items, unless they came like that.
-A package says it has been delivered in your mailbox but you can not find the package, we can ONLY re-send your package back out OR give you store credit excluding store credit for shipping (please double check your address is correct, talk to your apt complex management, and even ask your neighbors).

-Items discounted at more than 20%

PLEASE NOTE: Once a package has left our warehouse and in USPS's hands, it is out of our control as we are our own company and USPS is their own company. They are in charge of getting the packages from point A to B.
 If denied, your product(s) will be sent back to you along with an email explaining why. We do reserve the right to deny any refunds at any time.

If approved, the refund will be sent back to the original credit/debit card and/or gift card within 3-10 business days of Free Spirit receiving the product(s). An email will be sent to you letting you know the details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product(s) unless we provide you with a prepaid label. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
